LUCKNOW: A day after he was transferred to Agra, the former Circle Officer of the Noida police station, Dinesh Yadav, was placed under suspension on Saturday. Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar) SSP, R.K.S. Rathore, was shunted out and attached to the DG Police office. Mr. Rathore has been replaced by SSP, Allahabad, Rajiv Sabbarwal. The same reasons, which led to his transfer to Agra on Friday, were assigned for Mr. Yadav's suspension. A "sting" operation had revealed the police officer's alleged links with ruling Samajwadi Party politicians. He is also said to have availed himself of the hospitality of the main accused in the Nithari serial killings case, Moninder Singh Pandher. Sources said Mr. Rathore's transfer was in the light of the findings of the two-member inquiry commission set up by the State Government.
