Lok Adalat settles 31 cases

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, which conducted a Lok Adalat for settlement of pre-litigation matters pertaining to Indian Overseas Bank at the Nyaya Seva Sadan here on Saturday, settled 30 such cases, awarding a recovery of Rs.10 lakhs. Another Lok Adalat bench, which took up pending cases of the State Bank of India, settled one case awarding recovery of Rs. 14.61 lakhs. APSLSA member secretary N. Vidya Prasad said the general public could avail the facility of the Lok Adalat.
