Close call for Godavari passengers

VISAKHAPATNAM:
Commuters travelling by Hyderabad-bound Godavari Express had a miraculous escape for second time in a span of 24 hours when the train's engine and a coach got detached leaving behind other compartments at Duvvada on Saturday.
The engine was detached from other compartments on Friday on Platform No. 1 of the Waltair railway station. Virtually the replay of the incident took place on Saturday at 6.10 p.m. and the train left at 7.30 p.m from Duvvada. It occurred while approaching the satellite station at Duvvada. Friday's delinking caused a delay of 30 minutes. Though the officials attribute the incidents to technical reason, no official comment was made till late evening.
