Puducherry: The Jail Warders Association here called upon the administration to fill all vacant posts in the department immediately. A resolution adopted at its general body meeting here on Friday appealed to the Government to appoint a full-time medical officer and a male nurse. The meeting also wanted the Government to extend the benefit of Assured Career Progression to the staff, who had completed over 12 years of service.
