Raghavulu laments cut in welfare budget

HYDERABAD: CPI (M) State Secretary B.V. Raghavulu has lamented the cut in budget for the welfare sector. In a letter to Finance Minister K. Rosaiah on Sunday , he demanded higher allocation for SC, ST, BC, minority, women and child welfare sectors. It should also consider a separate health scheme for tribals, he said.
