Calsoft's subsidiary reduces stake in U.S. firm

CHENNAI: California Software Company (Calsoft), has announced that it had reduced its group's equity interest in American HealthNet Inc. (AHN) Omaha of the U.S. to 18.5 per cent. Calsoft's wholly owned subsidiary CSWL of the U.S., has sold about 34 per cent equity interest in AHN to another existing investor — Andorra Services, an angel investment and venture capital company.
