SN College teams in lead

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Records remained under cover on the opening day of the Kerala University inter-collegiate athletic meet at the Chandrasekharan Nair stadium on Tuesday.

SN College, Chempazanthy was leading the points tally in the men's section with 14 points.

SN College for Women, Kollam was in the lead in the women's section with 18 points

The results:

Triple jump: 1. T.A.Shammer (SNC, Chempazanthy), 2. L. Juan (FMNC), 3. V. Vijeesh (SNC, Kollam), (14.53m).

Hammer: 1. K. Pratheesh (NSSC), 2. Bijoy Sam Varghese (SNC, Chempazanthy), 3. Vimal Anand (St.Michael's College), (28.20m).
