THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister for Local Administration Paloli Mohammed Kutty has urged the public to make use of the one-time settlement system introduced for clearing building and property tax arrears.

The Minister said in a release here on Monday that those remitting the tax before February 28 would be eligible for the benefit. The new building tax structure would come into force this year and the Government has introduced the system to clear the arrears.
