New Member of Railway Board

NEW DELHI: S. K. Vij has taken over as the new Member (Engineering) of the Railway Board. He succeeds R. R. Jaruhar.

An Indian Railway Engineering Services officer of the 1971 batch, Mr. Vij has held several important positions in various railway zones. He was also associated with the high-speed project of Iraqi Railways.
