Lucknow: R.K.S. Rathore, who was transferred from the post of Senior Superintendent of Police Noida in the wake of Nithari killings, was on Tuesday made the police chief of Lakhimpur Kheri district. Former SSP Gorakhpur Rajesh Srivastava, whose suspension was revoked two days' ago, has been made police chief of Etah district, according to official sources here.
