Schools, colleges open today

BANGALORE: All schools and colleges in Bangalore City, Chamarajanagar, Mysore and Mandya will function from Wednesday with the situation in these areas remaining peaceful on Tuesday. A holiday was declared on Tuesday as a precautionary measure as the law and order situation remained "fluid" in the wake of the announcement of the Cauvery River Water Disputes Tribunal's final order on Monday.
