Child `kidnapped'

HYDERABAD: Three-year-old, Chandu Singh, was allegedly kidnapped near his house at Gayatri Nagar, Jubilee Hills, on Tuesday. The boy was playing in front of the house at 3 p.m. when a woman in her late twenties approached the boy offering ice cream. The woman disappeared with the boy after a few minutes.
