Mudra Lifestyle IPO opens on Feb. 8.

CHENNAI: Mudra Lifestyle is entering the capital market with a public issue through book building at a price band of Rs. 75-90. The issue will be open from February 8 to 14. Addressing presspersons here on Monday, Murarilal Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, said the proceeds of the issue would be utilised to set up facilities in Tarapur and Bangalore. While the project relating to yarn dyeing, weaving and processing would be set up in Tarapur, a garment manufacturing unit will be established in Bangalore, he said. The outlay on these facilities is estimated at Rs. 178 crore.
