Hyderabadi wins Rs. 25 lakhs in KBC

HYDERABAD: V. V. L. Raju from Hyderabad on Wednesday won Rs. 25 lakhs in the popular quiz programme — Kaun Banega Crorepati — on Star Plus channel.

Sitting in the revolving chair facing the same TFT monitor in front of the superstar and programme host Shah Rukh Khan, Raju judiciously answered all the questions when the curtains fell on the show for the day. A resident of Kukatpally, Raju is still in the race for the jackpot of Rs. 2 crores.

Of the 10 contestants, three persons — Balaji, Sangeetha and Raju — from Andhra Pradesh participated in the programme.
