Meeting on arrack ban

BANGALORE: The Bangalore Nagara and Gramantara Zilla Sarai Maratagarara welfare association has called for a meeting on February 9 in Palace Grounds at 10 a.m. against the Government's move to ban arrack. The vendors plan to discuss the historical facts on arrack, the present situation of vendors and those who depend on the sale of arrack. A memorandum will be submitted to the Chief Minister.
