One more case filed against Imran Jalal
Staff Reporter
BANGALORE:
The Madiwala police on Wednesday booked a fresh case against the suspected terrorist, Imran Jalal, who is facing charges in two cases, including the Indian Institute of Science shoot out and for producing fake documents to obtain a passport.
The sources said the investigations had revealed that Imran had obtained a passport in 2003 based on fake documents, including the proof of residence. Using the same passport, the sources said, Imran had travelled to Pakistan thrice where he had met top leaders of Lashkar-e-Toiba.
The police said that they might seek the custody of Imran, who had been lodged in Parappana Agrahara jail.
