Kerala Tourism wants to bring more tourists to Malabar. A first step has already been taken in that regard, as a brochure, titled `A Passage To Malabar,' was released at the closing ceremony of the Malabar Shopping Festival in Kozhikode recently. The brochure, brought out by Kerala Tourism, is aimed mainly at the international tourist, who has traditionally been perceived to be keener to visit the central and southern parts of the State. It contains information about the various tourist attractions in Kozhikode, Kannur, Malappuram, Wayanad and Kasaragod. Relevant telephone numbers, including those of a big number of hotels, should be handy for the tourists. The brochure is easy on the eye.
