24/7 Customer centre in Belfast

NEW DELHI: Global provider of business process outsourcing services "24/7 Customer" on Thursday announced the launch of its global delivery centre in Northern Ireland in the U.K.

The 500-seater delivery centre is the first for 24/7 Customer in the U.K. Located in Belfast, the delivery centre will provide integrated customer lifecycle management services in customer interaction, customer intelligence and back office support.
