Indian fares revised

New fares to be in force till September 30

KOZHIKODE: Indian has effected revision of fares on select sectors on its services, including those from the Calicut airport.

The new fares came into effect on Thursday and will be in force till September 30 in the case of "X" class and until further notice in the case of easy fares for "I" class, Selva Giriraj Veeriah, Station Manager of the airline in Kozhikode said.

The revised fare in "X" class are: Kozhikode - Kochi: Rs.1,575; Kozhikode - Tiruchirapalli Rs.1,575; Thiruvananthapuram - Tiruchirapalli Rs.1,575; Kozhikode - Goa Rs.1,575; Chennai - Tiruchirapalli Rs.1,775; Chennai- Kozhikode Rs.1,775; Chennai - Kochi Rs.1,975; Chennai - Thiruvananthapuram Rs.1,975; Kozhikode - Mumbai Rs.1,975, and Kochi - Mumbai Rs.1,975.

The revised unchecked fares will be applicable for sale and travel with effect from February 8 until September 30.

The revised fare for "I" Class on select sectors are: Chennai - Kozhikode Rs.1,975; Chennai - Kochi Rs.2,355; Kozhikode - Mumbai Rs.2,555; Kochi - Mumbai Rs.2,555; Chennai - Tiruchirapalli Rs.1,975; Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram Rs.2,175. The revised easy fares will be applicable for sale and travel by "I" class from February 8 until further notice. All tickets issued on or after February 8 will be at the revised fares. All tickets issued prior to February 8 will be accepted for travel as per ticketed itinerary.
