Indus Fila to tap market

BANGALORE: Indus Fila Ltd, Bangalore, engaged in yarn dyeing, fabric weaving and processing and apparels, is entering the capital market on February 12 with a public issue of 48.43 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each through the 100 per cent book-building process. The price band has been fixed at Rs. 170-185. The issue closes on February 14.
