School celebrates annual day

Koraput: Handmade bouquets prepared by children using locally available leaves and flowers were the highlight of the first annual day of Soil Conservation Primary School organised here on Saturday.

Principal of Soil Conservation Training School Sailendra Nayak, who was the chief guest, said schools were not just meant for imparting education through books. They should help children understand nature and protect it. A cultural show was also organised in which children from different schools participated.
