Film buffs disappointed

Special Correspondent

PATNA: The film `Black Friday' focussing on the aftermath of the 1993 Mumbai blasts was set to hog the limelight at the inaugural of the Patna Film Festival 2007 on Friday.

But film buffs and intellectuals came to know much to their disappointment that it was not to be shown at the festival.

The invitations and brochures remained uncorrected.

However posters at the venue were changed. Officials attributed the change to a "technical problem".

According to the Information and Public Relations Minister Arjun Ram there were 12 cuts and technical expertise to set right the problem was not available.
