Ranga Reddy scores two wins

HYDERABAD: Ranga Reddy district women scored two wins in the league phase of the 52nd Senior inter-district ball badminton championship for men and women at BHEL Ramachandrapuram Grounds here on Saturday.

Ranga Reddy defeated Medak 29-17, 25-29, 29-19 and then got the better of Khammam 29-13, 29-14.

Men: Ranga Reddy bt Mahaboobnagar 29-19, 29-22; Warangal bt Karimnagar 29-26, 29-26; Mahaboobnagar bt Adilabad 29-27, 29-9; Ranga Reddy bt Karimnagar 29-17, 29-22; Warangal bt Adilabad 29-27, 29-9; Khammam bt Nalgonda 29-28, 29-11; Hyderabad bt Warangal 29-8, 29-23; Hyderabad bt Nalgonda 29-13, 29-9.
