ANANTAPUR: The All India Youth Federation (AIYF) on Monday urged Joint Collector Anita Rajendra not to link cooking gas with kerosene as the poor would require both. The Government was neglecting the poor after seeking their votes in the election. In a memorandum submitted to the Joint Collector, AIYF district present P. Laxminarasimhulu and general secretary K.Y. Prasad said the Government had supplied coupons to supply 10 litres of kerosene every month to the white card holder after the last Assembly elections. But only two litres of kerosene was being supplied now.
