Kumaraswamy to meet Manmohan

BANGALORE: A high-level official team from Karnataka, led by Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and Deputy Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa is expected to call on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other Union Ministers in New Delhi on Wednesday.

Mr. Kumaraswamy told presspersons after presiding over a meeting of police officials to review the situation following a bandh called by Kannada organisations to protest the award that the team would represent to the Centre on "gross injustice "meted out to the State by the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal."
