ING Vysya Life becomes a `Public Ltd' co.

CHENNAI: ING Vysya Life on Tuesday announced its conversion from a `private' to a `public' company. The Ministry of Company Affairs, through the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, has approved the change with effect from February 2, 2007, by issuing a fresh Certificate of Incorporation. The name of the company now is `ING Vysya Life Insurance Company Limited', says a release.
