PALAKKAD: A meeting of the Joint Water Regulation Board of the inter-State Parambikulam Aliyar Project (PAP) agreement between Kerala and Tamil Nadu will be held at the Inspection Bungalow of the Kerala State Electricity Board here on Wednesday. The Board is expected to finalise the annual water account of last water year and finalise the supply pattern for the remaining period of this water year. The Kerala authorities will raise the issue of alleged violation of the PAP agreement at the Kerala Sholayar reservoir by Tamil Nadu. As per the agreement, Tamil Nadu has to fill the Kerala Sholayar reservoir to its Full Reservoir Level condition on February 1 every year.
