  • Authorities told to monitor them at regular interval

CUTTACK: Following the All India Council of Technical Education nod, the High Court on Monday vacated the stay on admission into diploma courses in medical laboratory technology and medical radiation technology in Government colleges of the State. The HC had put the ban in 2003 while adjudicating a PIL

The bench of Acting Chief Justice A K Ganguly and Justice N Prusty disposing of the PIL directed the AICTE to supervise the courses and monitor them at regular interval. The HC asked the Government to get the DMRT syllabus approved by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) within three months
