Health Minister inaugurates equipment

CHENNAI: Health Minister K.K.S.S.R. Ramachandran inaugurated two sophisticated diagnostic equipment at Venkateswara Diagnostic Centre in Velachery on Thursday.

Mr. Ramachandran was all praise for the two entrepreneurs for having started a diagnostic centre in a developing area like Velachery. He said there were very few computerised diagnostic labs in the city and more so an ISO certified diagnostic centre.

He wished that the diagnostic centre acquire more sophisticated equipments to serve the people in future.

Latest additions

The computerised laboratory has acquired an Oro Pantomography X-ray machine for dental applications and a high-end random access clinical chemistry analyser machine.

The laboratory was started 15 years ago. Tambaram MLA S.R. Raja participated.
