VIJAYAWADA : Models from Mumbai have descended on the city to walk down the ramp in a mega entertainment show `Valentine Cult', being organised by Eyecatch, an event management firm, at Vijayawada Club on Wednesday. Eyecatch proprietor Pulipati Madhu said at a press conference on Tuesday that Mumbai-based models associated with big names in the modelling world were being brought to the city to entertain the local crowds.
Bajrang Dal to protest
Meanwhile, activists of Bajrang Dal decided to prevent cultural programmes being organised in hotels and clubs to allow couples to celebrate Valentine Day. Protest rallies would also be taken out, Bajrang Dal vice-president Y Lokanatha Sarma said.
