dated February 15, 1957: Sihanouk in Madras

Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia said in Madras on February 13 that Cambodia followed a strict policy of neutrality and fully believed in the doctrines embodied in Pancha Shila. The Prince, accompanied by his Prime Minister, Mr. Sun Yun, and other officials, arrived in Madras in the morning by a special plane from Calcutta and after a brief halt left for Colombo to attend the Buddha Jayanthi celebrations there.
