PALAKKAD: A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Kollengode grama panchayat and the Water Education Centre of NSS College, Nemmara, to study the presence and impact of fluoride in drinking water sources at select wards of the grama panchayat and the block panchayat. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed last week under the `Strengthening Panchayat Raj Institutions: Search for Allies (SPRISA) Project'.
