`Rath yatra' on Saturday

MANGALORE: International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Arya Samaj Road branch, here, will organise Sri Krishna Balarama "Rath yatra" on Saturday to spread the message of peace, according to Karunya Sagara Das, president of the branch.

He told presspersons here on Wednesday that the yatra would start from PVS Circle and end at Sanghaniketan, Mannagudda. It will pass via Navabharath Circle, Hampankatta Circle, Town Hall, Central Market, Car Street, Alake and Mannagudda. B. Nagaraj Shetty, district in-charge Minister; Vijaya Arun, Mayor; M. Maheshwar Rao, Deputy Commissioner; and H.G. Madhu Pandit Das, president, ISKCON, Bangalore, will participate.
