Harassment alleged

CHENNAI : R. Janani, chairperson of Chithamur Union in Kancheepuram, has complained of ill-treatment by the ruling party. She told newspersons on Tuesday that she had won as an Independent but was being pressured to join the DMK. She wanted the Chief Minister to take action against Labour Minister T. M. Anbarasan for having spoken ill of her at a public meeting. She planned to takeit up with the Governor and the Collector.
