Tele-medicine for poor stressed

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Advisor C.S. Rao underscored the need for improving health delivery system in the country through IT.Addressing the C-Dac's Foundation Day celebrations here on Wednesday, Mr. Rao stressed the need to develop tele-medicine for the benefit of the poor.
