THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Minister for Water Resources N.K. Premachandran said here on Thursday that the State would seek resolution of the issues over release of water under the Parambikulam Aliyar Agreement by Tamil Nadu at the Government level if the matters could not be settled by the Joint Water Regulatory Board. The Minister said that the meeting of the Board on Wednesday was not cordial and only three of the 11 items on the agenda were taken up. Another meeting of the Board had been proposed to see whether the issues could be sorted out. The Government would decide later this month whether it should seek a review of the award of the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal.
