NELLORE: A new 24-hour `Real Estate' satellite channel will soon be launched in Bangalore to telecast news and information pertaining to the real estate sector for viewers across Asia. Two entrepreneurs from Nellore Manoj Namburu and Suneel Bommireddy of Alliance Infrastructures Project Limited, who have invested around Rs. 37 crores, are planning to launch it on April 30. And the channel will broadcast real estate and property programmes round-the- clock. "The Centre has already cleared our proposal and we are keen to kick off the channel on April 30. It will broadcast real estate news of all countries across Asia, Alliance Group CMD Manoj told The Hindu over phone. The only exclusive channel dedicated to real estate in Asia will commence its operations from Bangalore and broadcast all its programmes from Chennai.
Studios
Real estate developers are even planning to set up studios in New Delhi and Mumbai, according to Mr. Rao.
