HYDERABAD: In a surprise move, the Telugu Desam on Saturday said that it would consider with an "open mind" if the Telangana Rashtra Samithi wanted to have an understanding for the ensuing elections to the Legislative Council. Replying to questions at a press conference here, senior TDP leader E. Peddi Reddy said that his party would consider favourably if the regional party came forward with such a proposal. He said the State Executive of the party, which met earlier in the day, had reviewed the membership drive, finalised the party's nominees for graduates and teachers' constituencies, besides deciding to put up candidates in all Local Bodies constituencies.
