Theatre festival

Theatre wing of the Confederation of Voluntary Associations (COVA) Koshish will conduct its annual theatre festival at Gandhi Bhavan's Prakasam hall on February 27 and 28. For details call on phone Nos. 9290191045 and 9392460340.

Seminar on chronic problems

Current trends in treating chronic health problems will be discussed on February 18 at a seminar on `Advances in management of chronic care patients' being organised by Malkolak Knowledge Centre. Details could be had from the centre (Tel 27113765, 9849103439).

White ration cards

Government employees, especially of Class-IV cadre who have obtained white ration cards without having the eligibility, are directed to surrender the cards held by them immediately in the concerned circle offices, failing which action will be initiated against them as per rules, said a release.

Public grievance cell

As many as 16 public petitions were submitted at the public grievance meet held in the chambers of Special Officer, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, here on Saturday. All the petitions pertained to health and sanitation, town planning and engineering such as restoration of road cuttings, water stagnation and property tax assessment.
