Man knocked down

An APSRTC bus knocked down an unidentified man aged about 50 years, crossing the road near Shivaji Bridge in Afzalgunj area, on Saturday.

Driver of the Falaknuma depot bus Parvathalu allegedly jumped the traffic signal and he rammed into the pedestrian.

Emergency ward attacked

`Angry' relatives of a patient Sandeep Kumar, 25, who died in Gandhi Hospital while being treated for injuries sustained in a road accident, attacked the emergency ward damaging window panes and furniture. Chilakalaguda police registered a case..

Man killed in accident

Kumar from Parsigutta hit the road divider near Begumpet when his bike skidded on Friday night.

He was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
