BANGALORE: Ten runaway children, between the ages of 12 and 16, were reunited with their parents on Saturday, thanks to Sathi, a children's organisation.

The children, found at the railway station in Bangalore about three months ago, were from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

"After counselling them for more than a month, it was found that they were keen to go back home. So, we contacted their parents and handed them over," said Rahim, programme co-ordinator at the organisation.

Another 10 children will soon be reunited with their parents. The organisation currently takes care of about 30 children.
