Attract talent

Attract talent

A job after study is a dream of everyone. Today, the cost of professional education is high. Parents cannot afford this expense. Naturally, they go for education loans. But after the course, monthly repayment instalment will be two to three times of the parents' monthly income. So, a job becomes inevitable for a student to save himself and his family from committing suicide.

In this context, campus recruitment is a blessing for every student. But the creamy layers of our professionally trained students are absorbed by multinational corporations and other private sector companies. Our Government and public sector are not able to attract them effectively. As a result, these sectors lag behind in their performance. The authorities concerned should take the matter seriously.
