GUNTUR: Expert radiation oncologist of Indian origin Nori Dattatreyudu, now working in New York, has been chosen for the prestigious Dr. Y. Nayudamma Memorial Award for 2006. The NRI doctor has been chosen for his contribution to the field of cancer research and treatment, Nayudamma Memorial Trust Managing Trustee P. Vishnu Murthy said here on Sunday. The award would be presented at Tenali on March 4. Dr. Nori would also deliver the 15th Dr. Nayudamma Meorial Lecture on `Recent Advances in Cancer Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment'.
