ACB traps SI, two others in police station

HYDERABAD:
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Sunday arrested three persons, including a Sub-Inspector and a head constable, on the charge of accepting a bribe of Rs.4,000 from a person in Hayathnagar police station.
They were reportedly trapped by the ACB sleuths following a tip off.
Bail issue
Sub-Inspector B. Shankar, head constable Sridhar and a photographer Muralidhar were reportedly taking bribe from R. P. Nayak for helping him in getting bail to his wife in connection with an assault case, Anti-Corruption Bureau Deputy Superintendent of Police (Central Investigation Unit) A. Venkatesam said in a press release.
The three accused persons would be produced in the designated court for Anti-Corruption Bureau cases on Monday.
