Eastern Condiments implements new model

BANGALORE: Eastern Condiments, one of the largest producers of condiments, has implemented D2E (distributor trainer to entrepreneur) model in Bangalore and plans to introduce the model to other parts of Karnataka. Eastern Group Managing Director Navas Meeran said the scheme had the best practices of retail and direct marketing and aimed at turning every distributor trainee of the brand into a successful entrepreneur. The U.S.-based New Vernon Pvt. Equity Ltd. recently made a $10 million investment in Eastern Condiments.
