RTC launches `Bangaru Bhavitha'

`The present day commuter is not price sensitive, but desires quality in service and comfort'

    HYDERABAD: Emphasising on good behaviour with commuters, the Andhra State Road Transport Corporation on Monday launched `Bangaru Bhavitha' training programme for employees at Ranigunj-1 bus depot.

    Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of APSRTC V. Dinesh Reddy launched the programme. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Reddy said under the training programme employees will be made to understand the passenger needs in greater detail not only to retain the existing customers but also to expand the customer base by their good behaviour.

    "The present day commuter, equipped with increased purchasing power is not price sensitive, but desires quality in service and comfort. After the training programme, we assure a transformed behaviour in the employees towards the commuters," he said.

    The training programme will be conducted in all the 208 depots of the Corporation spread across the State by specialised trainers.
