This Day That Age
A lion is "canvassing" votes for an independent candidate from Dhuri constituency to the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Mr. Gujjar Sigh, the candidate, who has been allotted "standing lion" as his election symbol, is taking the caged lion along with him on his election campaign. The lion has been hired from a circus company.
