Nexxoft acquires eZeesoft

HYDERABAD: Nexxoft Infotel Ltd., a provider of advanced manufacturing technology solutions, has acquired 100 per cent of the business of the Mumbai-based software company, eZeesoft (P) Ltd. Nexxoft has its registered office in Hyderabad and corporate office in Bangalore. Director of Nexxoft G. Dhananjaya Reddy said here on Tuesday that eZeesoft dealt with software consultancy, manufacturing, designing and development, customised and off-the-shelf ERP, CRM, SCM, B2B and B2C solutions.
