Flexibility to ULIPs investment plans

CHENNAI: The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has raised with effect from February 20, the maximum share of money market instruments to 40 per cent from 20 per cent of the total fund (for each policy holder) in the case of unit-linked life insurance products. The authority has, meanwhile, suspended the broking licence of MF Insurance and Reinsurance Services.
