"Handiwork of Pak. militants"

New Delhi: Security agencies probing the Samjhauta Express blasts said the incident was the handiwork of Pakistan-based militants groups.

Highly-placed sources in the Home Ministry said they had "vital clues" which included a telephonic conversation between a caller from Delhi and a person in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. They declined to give out the identity of the militant groups but hinted at sleeper cells of the Lashker-e-Taiba and the Jaish-e-Mohammed. — PTI
